. To look up the date, simply input your tracking number through www.usps.com

- Items must be received unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, with the original tags attached and original packaging.
- Please include a copy of invoice stating the reason for exchange.
- Bodysuits and Final Sale items may not be exchanged.
Exchanges are processed within 4-7 business days of receiving your item. This does not include weekends or holidays.

If you would like to make an exchange, please following the instructions below:

2) Send back your item(s) with a copy of the invoice stating reason for exchange.
3) If it is an even exchange for another size, once processed we will ship your item; you are responsible for all shipping costs.
4) Credits are issued in the form of a code. You are credited the same dollar amount as the item you purchased, not including shipping and/or discounts used to make the purchase. When using your credit, you must make sure that the item(s) you are purchasing is the same dollar amount, or more than the credit code; excluding tax and shipping. (For Example: If your code amount is $24 you must purchase an item that is $24 or more).
5) Credit codes can not be combined with other discounts, or promotional codes. Codes must be used all at once.
6) All sales are FINAL when an exchange is made.
7) When your item is received and processed, we'll email you a notification. Once items are received and a code is issued, you have 4 weeks to use it.
8) If a credit code is used, the order will become final sale.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with your name & order number. We will ship a replacement item.
